Practical terms for using the Waytigo website
These terms cover general use of the website and the line between public information on the site and paid project work that requires a separate agreement.
Website use
The Waytigo website is provided for general information about services, process, case studies, and contact paths.
Using the website does not create a client relationship by itself. A working relationship begins only after scope, pricing, and terms are agreed separately.
Proposals, scope, and project work
Public website content is not a binding proposal. Project timelines, deliverables, pricing, revision scope, and launch responsibilities are defined through direct communication and the final working agreement.
- Website Strategy Audits, rebuilds, new builds, and support are scoped individually
- Quoted pricing depends on the actual project requirements
- Work outside the approved scope may require a separate estimate or agreement
- Launch timing depends on approvals, content access, technical factors, and client responsiveness
Intellectual property and third-party tools
Waytigo may use licensed tools, fonts, software, stock assets, hosting services, analytics tools, and other third-party platforms while delivering work.
Rights, access, and ownership expectations should be confirmed in the project agreement for each engagement.
